End Self-Sabotaging Behaviors Getting in the way of your Happiness, Success & Inner Peace

Most of us don’t get what we want in our lives because we sabotage ourselves: We procrastinate. We resist. We don’t follow through. We don’t do the things that we know are in our best interests.     I agree with everything that you said, but I love the most that you said “it doesn’t have to be this way.” Most people feel trapped and like there is nothing they can do to better the circumstances or themselves in their life. It’s a simple, very true, and very powerful reminder that a lot of people could benefit from hearing daily.
