If You’re Not Forgiving, You’re Not Really Living

The world needs forgiveness. The world needs each and every one of us to practice forgiveness in some form as best we can. Even if we are not able yet to turn the other cheek… Even if we are not able yet to bless our enemies… Even if we are not able yet to treat others as we wish to be treated… Even if we are not able yet to forgive and forget… Even if we are not able yet to let go of judgments, prejudices, resentments, grievances and jealousies…. It behooves each and every one of us to do the best we can today and every day to dislodge even a smidge of our anger and judgment by extending a forgiving thought to another. The world won’t become a better place with bullets or other forms of magic. It requires you and I making a conscious effort to extend compassion, acceptance and forgiveness despite any unwillingness to do so.

I read Forgive To Win about a month ago and I am now on the Forgiveness Diet. I had read that Forgiveness is the Key to Happiness, but it didn’t really sink in until I read Forgive To Win. Why not? Here’s what Rhonda Byrne says From The Secret Daily Teachings:
“When you read The Secret book or watch the film of The Secret (or really anything else that has a message for you), you can only take into your mind the knowledge that is on the same frequency as you at the time. The next time you read the book or watch the film, you take in much, much more. And this process never stops. You will continue to discover something more in every reading or viewing, and the principles become clearer and clearer and clearer. That is because your consciousness is expanding every single time.”
That’s exactly what has been happening in my life. Right this minute I’m listening to a song on Pandora called, “I’m Beginning To See The Light.” How appropriate!
I listened to the 6 CDs of The Power, Rhonda Byrne’s latest book/CD earlier this year, and although I thought the message was very good at the time, I got much, much more out of them after reading Forgive To Win, and now I’m applying the principles in my life, and I’M EXCITED about the results I’m already seeing! It doesn’t take long to see results when you change your thinking.
Forgive To Win and The Power are like “two sides to the same coin.” The complement each other, and I believe, give you a complete picture of what you need to do to “love the life you love by living a life of love.”
I meant to say love the life you LIVE by living a life of love.
You rock…so proud…and I need to see you….I’ll be intouch. T
