We are advised to drink responsibly and gamble responsibly, meaning that we should set limits on these behaviors. With forgiveness and love, we need to do the opposite: We need to set no limits on the expression of our forgiveness and love. When we have the urge to withhold forgiveness or judge someone harshly or not go the distance to lend a helping hand, we remind ourselves that we are all One, which means we love, accept and forgive everyone unconditionally and without exception.
